A Message from Principal Jadue
Hello MLK Family & Friends,
My name is Moris Jadue, and I will be your new principal. I started my educational journey in 2005 with teaching in the fields of Spanish and Integrated Social Studies at the high school level. In 2017, I changed roles and accepted a position as an assistant principal. In that time, I grew my experience, knowledge, and skills so that I could earn my most exciting opportunity, Principal of MLK. I am thrilled to be part of such a great school and to work with the amazing staff.
My goal is to make MLK a place where students, staff, and the community want to engage with and improve. This goal is reflected in our Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PBIS) guidelines, “Be Safe, Be Respectful, & Be Responsible!” With your support in helping us reaffirm these values, I believe that we can succeed together. I am looking forward to meeting our students and families. Let this be the start of a great new era for Martin Luther King, Jr. Elementary.

Hola familia y amigos de MLK:
Me llamo Moris Jadue y seré su nuevo director. Empecé mi camino educativo en 2005 impartiendo clases de español y estudios sociales integrados en la escuela secundaria. En 2017, cambié de puesto y acepté un puesto como subdirector. Durante ese tiempo, adquirí experiencia, conocimientos y habilidades para obtener mi oportunidad más emocionante: ser director de MLK. Estoy encantado de ser parte de una escuela tan excelente y de trabajar con personal increíble.
Mi objetivo es hacer MLK un lugar donde los estudiantes, el personal y la comunidad quieran engranar y mejorar. Este objetivo se refleja en nuestras directrices de Intervenciones y apoyos para la conducta positiva (PBIS acrónimo inglés), ¡Sea Seguro, Sea Respetuoso y Sea Responsable!". Con su apoyo para reafirmar estos valores, creo que juntos podremos tener éxito. Tengo muchas ganas de conocer a nuestros estudiantes y familias.
